Looking Back: 2011
I didn’t make any official resolutions for 2011. But, I did say the following:
2011: The year I find a job that I’m happy with, lose weight, get my lipid panels to an optimal level, and find a baby shiba inu on my porch one morning.
I worked for 4 different companies in 2011. @_@ And I did work for multiple companies as a contractor. I hate the company I work for right now (SO MUCH RAGE)...

For the record...
My credit card was refunded the fees for the Nike Marathon — so, I won’t be participating.

Ideally, I would like to lose 15 pounds in February. Realistically, I want to lose 10 pounds — this is my goal. I have a feeling though, it will be more like 8 pounds after such a big loss in January.
I know I need to step things up big time in the gym to meet my goal.

You have plenty of time to train, and I hear the dash is super fun. PLUS you get a fuzzy viking helmet! Find a friend to sign up with you if you need the extra push. I Can't Believe It's Not Potatoes!
Turnip Fries! Even if you do not like turnips, you should try this recipe if you’re looking for a good potato substitute. The turnips do not taste turnip-y at all. They’re not very crispy like regular fries, but they do the job! Add some garlic… so good.
