Looking Back: 2010
Graduation, surgery, moving, three different jobs, depression, medication — it’s all one big blur! I never officially made New Year Resolutions, but here are some things I mentioned:
I want to raise my GPA to a 3.622 so I can graduate cum laude. Right now, I only have a 3.60.

Migraines
They’re killing me! >_< I’ve had one for 24 hours now. Nothing helps. Sleep, naps, codeine, red yeast rice, water, caffeine. I just pray that I wake up tomorrow feeling better. And I hope that I don’t spend tonight vomiting.

December Goals
1. Treat my body right. Give it good fuel. Strengthen it. Let it rest.
2. Give my emotions, perceptions, and distortions a lot of attention. Do any activities that my therapist suggests. Read more of “Mind Over Mood”.
3. Lose 4.4 pounds so that I do not end the year with a gain.

Revisiting November Goals
There’s not much point in this when it is the same as usual… lots of No’s and some kindas.
Go to the gym at least 3 times a week for cardio. Nope Lose at least 3.2 pounds. I lost 2 pounds. Stay on track. No.
