Goals

Long Term Goals:

  • Completely run a mile.
  • Participate in 30 races before I’m 30.
  • Compete in a sprint triathlon.
  • Finish a half-marathon, preferably in 2 years.
  • Finish a full marathon, preferably in 4 years.


Process Goals:

  • Fit into old dress pants comfortably āœ”
  • Weight Goal 1: Lose 20 pounds āœ” (02.12.11)
  • Weight Goal 2: 200 pounds
  • Weight Goal 3: 180 pounds
  • Weight Goal 4: 175 pounds
  • Strength train at least 3 times a week
  • Cardio at least 2 times a week


Outcome Goals:

  • Raise HDL to 65
  • Lower LDL to 100 or less
  • Total cholesterol should be less than 200
  • Lower triglycerides to 150 or less
  • Reach first goal weight of 175
  • BMI in healthy range
