Goals
Long Term Goals:
- Completely run a mile.
- Participate in 30 races before Iām 30.
- Compete in a sprint triathlon.
- Finish a half-marathon, preferably in 2 years.
- Finish a full marathon, preferably in 4 years.
Process Goals:
Fit into old dress pants comfortablyāWeight Goal 1: Lose 20 poundsā (02.12.11)- Weight Goal 2: 200 pounds
- Weight Goal 3: 180 pounds
- Weight Goal 4: 175 pounds
- Strength train at least 3 times a week
- Cardio at least 2 times a week
Outcome Goals:
- Raise HDL to 65
- Lower LDL to 100 or less
- Total cholesterol should be less than 200
- Lower triglycerides to 150 or less
- Reach first goal weight of 175
- BMI in healthy range
