Anatomy of Diet Failure
It’s kind of tempting to just call it GAME OVER for the week right now.
Don’t do it! It’s only Wednesday.
Your post reminded me of something my dietitian would tell me… if I am REALLY craving fries, have them. But don’t have just fries; eat a side salad or veggies too. And don’t eat fries, soda, and a burger — just have what you really want. And, don’t eat as many fries as you normally would.
Yes, yes all stuff we already know — but remembering and putting it into practice during those moments of intense cravings / weakness is hard.
