Oatmeal Muffins!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together dry ingredients:
2 packets of instant apple & cinnamon oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 packages of Splenda (or similar)
Dash of pumpkin spice (if desired)
Then add in wet ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup water
Pour batter into liners or spray muffin tin with cooking spray.Bake for 15 minutes.Makes 2 servings.
Also tastes good with some ICBINB spray.
