Oatmeal Muffins!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together dry ingredients:
- 2 packets of instant apple & cinnamon oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 packages of Splenda (or similar)
- Dash of pumpkin spice (if desired)
Then add in wet ingredients:
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup water
Pour batter into liners or spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
Also tastes good with some ICBINB spray.
